Undergraduate Students

The College of Arts and Sciences serves the entire UO undergraduate population through a wide-ranging array of academic offerings.

The majority of UO undergraduates (more than 60 percent, or almost 11,000 students at any given time) then go on to pursue a degree in one of the 46 undergraduate majors offered in CAS.

What can you do with a degree in arts and sciences? Pick any field and read about recent graduates who have set out on interesting careers.

Abundant Undergraduate Research Opportunities

Undergraduates across the arts and sciences have the opportunity to take part in research teams or conduct individual research projects. Check out the undergraduate research edition of Cascade magazine.
