"Decisions, Trends, & the Road Ahead: 2025-26 U.S. Supreme Court Term" features an opening session from Rick Hasen, the Gary T. Schwartz Endowed Chair in Law, Director of the Safeguarding Democracy Project at UCLA School of Law.
