Hey everyone! I am a first year PhD student who's interested in investigating what - and who - influences pollution exposure at the community level.
Specifically, I'm interested in exploring how institutions influence the placement of environmental pollutants by guiding pathways for civic engagement. My work focuses on centering grassroots organizers in analyzing place-specific injustices and ways to challenge the mechanisms that sustain these inequities.
