Research Interests: Philosophy and history of food; food, animal, and environmental ethics; philosophies of/from the Americas; history of American philosophy; philosophy of religion; history of religions (esp. American and British Christianities); and (inter)religious-secular dialogue and conflict as they intersect with issues of race, sexuality, and oppression.
