Katie Macica holds a PhD in US and Public History from Loyola University Chicago. Her research focuses on environmental history, military history, and the history of the Pacific Northwest. Katie has worked in a variety of public history institutions, including local history organizations, the National Archives at Seattle, and the Library of Congress.
