Research Interests: Our lab takes a systems-level approach to chart the signaling networks that regulate mitochondrial function, which in turn governs metabolism in health, aging, and disease. We are also interested in dissecting how muscle contraction positively changes mitochondrial function and how it affects the heart and brain.
